POSITION:

We are seeking a CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC Studio Manager (with a background in both sales and service) to join our Club Pilates family!

The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a PASSION for supporting our team and community by helping others to live their best lives through health and fitness. The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Support Specialists will report directly to the Studio Manager. Studio Manager will report directly to the District Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of retail sales or fitness sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in sales
  • Focus on EXCEPTIONAL customer service and member experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team
  • Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
  • Create an EXCEPTIONAL member and teammate experience
  • Uphold our core values to build a positive studio culture that is inclusive and encouraging
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Member Support Specialists
  • Collaborate openly and honestly with the leadership team during weekly meetings
  • Execute our sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Manage staff schedule
  • Generate leads including grassroots marketing and networking
  • Develop proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
  • Make EMPOWERED decisions independently related to high level customer service
  • Collect out-standing dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
  • Merchandise boutique sales floor to drive retail sales
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategize marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • 50k to 54k Salary
  • This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performance
