Position Summary:
As an RBT with Club Xcite, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for special education students. You will work closely with educators and behavior specialists to implement creative and effective behavior intervention strategies, enabling students to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavior Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual behavior patterns and needs.
- Personalized Behavior Support: Collaborate with teachers and behavior specialists to develop and implement personalized behavior support plans that are engaging, creative, and tailored to each student's unique goals and learning style.
- Skill-Building: Assist students in developing essential life skills, social skills, and communication skills through interactive and creative activities.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of behavior data, analyze progress, and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
- Positive Reinforcement: Implement positive reinforcement techniques to motivate and reinforce desired behaviors, creating a nurturing and encouraging classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or experience in a related field.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs, autism, or related developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and strategies.
