Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Managers to join our Cluckers team at both our New Albany & Jeffersonville IN Cluckers locations. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee food handling and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate catering services for special events or large parties
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely food preparation
- Implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles and food service operations
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Bartending experience is a plus
