Job Posting for Sales and Marketing Manager at CM Heating
The basic function of the Sales Manager is to direct the actual movement of products or service to the customer. Coordinates sales by establishing quotas and goals. Also establishes training programs for sales personnel. Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential, inventory requirements, and monitors the preferences of customers. Create the marketing budget and execute the marketing activities. In addition, this position will be to personally interact with customers, salespeople, and service techs to maximize sales for Air Pros.
Essential duties:
Determine price schedules and discount rates
Create the marketing budget
Create the marketing plan and implement it. This includes websites, mobile sites, and social media marketing.
Track marketing results
Track sales results
Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs. Recommend and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
Train and motivate salespeople
Help salespeople close the sale
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales products, services, or other subjects of sale
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales
Represent company at various retail venues to promote products
Attend sales and trade meetings and read related publications to obtain current market condition information, business trends, and industry development.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with Bachelor's degree preferred
4 years Management and Leadership experience
4 years Selling experience
The ability to represent Air Pros in the community with positive sales results
Ability to represent Air Pros in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the public
To have a complete understanding of all required paperwork and ensure it is completed and dispatched to the correct department
Must have valid drivers’ license and a good driving record
Adaptability – the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
The ability to lead and oversee the department to ensure that all processes are followed through completion
The ability to train field personal as it pertains to customer service and sales processes
Detail oriented
