POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages daily operations of tire stores; servicing Commercial, Agricultural, OTR, Passenger and Light Truck customers. Ensures growth of sales and profit generation; ensures customer satisfaction and retention; effectively utilizes all company assets; maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures, upholds federal and state laws and regulations; and effectively manages, motivates and retains personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Optimizes and manages all day-to-day operations.
· Ensures a safe work environment at all times for employees and customers. All employees abide by safety guidelines to include implementation and execution of safety rules, TIA, OSHA, and MSHA methods for all product lines.
· Accountable for financial and administrative aspect of the business (P&L Review, Budgeting, Forecasting, Payroll approval, Proper cost accounting, etc.)
· Responsible to ensure efficient and effective utilization, protection and management of company assets (Building, Vehicles, Equipment, Tire and Wheel inventory, Customer property).
· Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures along with all related federal and state laws.
· Grows service capabilities and total service contribution of the store, providing measures of improvements and productivity.
· Promotes teamwork and a positive work environment.
· Keeps personnel informed of company announcements, changes, and other information.
· Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience:
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred
· 3 years automotive industry experience preferred
· Valid Driver’s license and insurability required at all times
· Fork Lift Certification required. Training provided upon hire.
· TIA Certification required within 1 year of date of hire.
· MSHA Certification required within 1 year of date of hire.
· Commercial Driver’s Licensed NOT required
· General Computer skills are required. Familiar with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail), and able to send and receive e-mail.
