What You'll Do
- Maintain assigned account details
- Analyze and resolve scale issues
- Work closely with marketing to ensure accuracy of supplier payments
- Active participation in department improvements to increase efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with any additional projects assigned by Accounting Manager
- Perform Accounts Payable tasks such as creating purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, and reconciling
- Perform standard administrative duties requiring knowledge of organizational policies and practices
- Invoice processing, including research when necessary
- Maintain files and performs wide-ranging office functions (answering phones, responding to inquiries, making copies, ordering supplies, etc)
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Extensive knowledge in Excel, RECY and SAP experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Driven individual with honesty and integrity
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
