What You'll Do
- Maintaining, supervising, enhancing and record keeping at CMC VMC with mission to protect employees, customers, assets and CMC reputation
- Training personnel and maintaining systems for VMC Staff. Obtaining and reporting data gathered for video, arrest, alarms and incidents
- Represent Security Systems Manager at conferences and meetings to develop business relationships with vendors and contractors
- To ensure installation practices and equipment are consistent through out CMC
- Responsible for monitoring hot spots and thermal activity will be crucial function of this position
- Responsible for maintaining current contract information for sites
What You'll Need
- Supervisor contact guards after business hour for the purpose of video monitoring
- Continually look for process efficiencies and improvements for the Video Monitoring Center (VMC)
- Capturing and maintaining data as it relates to site incidents and application data
- Monitor Hot spots for shedders and other sites
- Continually look for technology to improve VMC and limit FTE needs for the operation
- Create, implement and maintain burglary reports, logs and video distribute accordingly to region, branch and security managers
- Assist the Senior Manager of Security in maintaining security systems and implementation of new security applications
- Create and maintain technical writings for the purpose of aiding the VMC and/or CMC associates
- Evaluate camera images to ensure optimum angle and clarity
