Associate Analyst, Social Engagement

CMI Media Group is looking for an Associate Analyst, Social Engagement to join the team. The Associate Analyst of Social Engagement is responsible for the deliberate management of social communities across a variety of social networks for assigned client(s). They will work collaboratively across CMI social disciplines including paid social, social engagement, social intelligence and WPP Partner Agency leads to execute thoughtful social care programs for our high tier client(s), with an innovative, data, analytics and results-drive mindset at the core.

Responsibilities

• Supports community management workstreams across all major social networks by evaluating, responding & escalating comments & messages from the community
• Communicate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to broader social engagement team & clients
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of community management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging and interactions
• Prioritize tasks effectively, understanding when to escalate issues and when to address them independently to maintain community satisfaction
• Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, brand guidelines, & regulations to communicate with their audience efficiently and ensure 100% compliance with reporting needs
• Regularly collaborates and interfaces with other cross function teams to provide best-in-class thinking and action for the clients
• Generates enthusiasm for and commitment to the client’s business among internal team members
• Gain the confidence and trust of peers and colleagues

Requirements

• Passionate about social media and/or customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and platforms
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of MS Office & Google gSuite
• Knowledge of social media platforms & capabilities
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background a plus
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or business
