We are seeking a dedicated and experienced couple for an Innkeeper position to join our team in Sedona, AZ. Our boutique properties offers a unique and serene experience for our guests, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain and elevate our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, including maintenance, continental breakfast, housekeeping, and inventory management.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and manage a small team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver excellent service.
- Reservations Management: Handle bookings, cancellations, and guest communications through our property management system.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure the profitability of each property.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media management, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the Sedona community.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality management, preferably in a boutique or multi-property environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Sedona and its attractions is highly desirable.
