Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Nurse practitioner in primary care.
- Licenses in multiple states.
- Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices.
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MD.
- Needs your own collaborating physician or full-practice authority to work as an NP in NJ state.
- Master's degree, PhD is a plus.
- Provide comprehensive telehealth services for chronic conditions.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases through careful questioning and assessment of patient symptoms via telehealth platform.
- Provide health consultation, education and treatment for patients via telehealth.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
