Night Time Superintendent

CMTS LLC., is currently seeking a Night Time Superintendent **to join our team!!!
Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct multiple foremen, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production goals and ensure operation is safe.
• Create plans and reports which will be used to update schedules.
• Create work plans and create 2-week schedule look-ahead.
• Set and meet production goals.
• Communicate plan, safety, and schedule at weekly meetings.
• Know plans and specifications well enough to teach and train others.
• Operation / method analysis; always look for more efficient and safer ways to perform tasks.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owner, client, managers, and other employees.
• Ensure good housekeeping / work area, truck, and trailer.
• Understand daily cost / monthly and cost reports and projections.
• Review daily reports and daily diaries.
• Effectively manage crew, equipment, and other resources.
• Report injuries and damages.
• Take steps to limit vandalism and injuries.
• Understand foreman's responsibilities.
• Involve all other personnel actions such as disciplining, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
• Survey knowledge and exposure to technical survey systems such as GPS and robotics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ construction experience with a preference in aviation is preferred with $10M in your portfolio.
• Must be capable, licensed, and approved to drive a company pick-up truck or similar vehicle to work sites, offices, and other locations as required to perform job duties.
• The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients and is responsible for communicating project priorities to subcontractors and serving as the primary leader on site.
• Computer proficient with software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (example) Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
