We offer Medical, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability. The company shares the cost of the Medical, but fully pays for Dental, $25,000 Life Insurance, and the Long Term Disability Insurance. The Optional Short Term Disability is employee paid, but is usually a nominal cost. We have a Simple IRA Plan which is structured like a 401(k) Plan and the company matches 100% of the first 3% of the employee's deferral. Paid Time Off benefits include vacation, sick, and holidays. Full Time Employees are eligible for health and time off benefits after 90 days of service. Entry into the Simple IRA plan can be immediate.  Part Time Employees are eligible for paid time off benefits after 90 days of service.

Deburring Technicians are an integral part of the Secondary Operations Department.  This position inspects parts and removes burrs using hand tools, grinders, as well as some abrasive materials according to vendor specifications.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Meticulously deburrs, smooths roughness and polishes product per vendor specs
• Inspects parts and forwards to Quality for final inspection
• Knowledge of hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Requires repetitive manipulation of small products
• Must possess a strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Good Communication skills 
• Detail oriented; attention to detail is required
• Ability to read and understand specifications and measurements

Physical Demands:

• Frequent Standing
• Fine hand manipulation of product
• Lifting, moving up to 10 pounds
