As a Pricing Analyst with CNH Industrial, your focus will be on management of market based, value-pricing strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional who will align pricing of our service parts and assigned strategy while optimizing profit for CNH Industrial and its dealer organization.
This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements, and should plan to be in the Racine, WI office two days per week.

The salary offered for this position will fall between $60,000 and $87,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

- Determine and maintain pricing strategy with ability to change single part prices within established guidelines.
- Research competitive and comparable market intelligence for assigned commodities.
- Maintain current market profile of competitor strategies, price activity and product quality to make informed decisions.
- Recommend price action plans to achieve and maintain revenue and profit goals
- Establish pricing of newly released service parts by analyzing product features, value added benefits and customer perceived values.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive for agreeable solution - keeping the customer as the paramount judge of satisfaction.
- Respond to dealer price inquiries in a timely manner.
- Resolve low profit position by interfacing with purchasing, engineering, product marketing, technical services and cost accounting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a relevant field
- At least two years' of experience working within cost, pricing, and/or marketing capacity
