Brand Pricing and Programming Manager

As the New Holland Construction Brand Pricing and Programming Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the pricing, wholesale and retail discount programming, and systems management for pricing and variable marketing budget. You’ll manage the budget and pricing actions in coordination with the Finance Controllership team aligned to brand targets and goals. The candidate will ideally be based in New Holland, PA, Oak Brook, IL, or Racine, WI.

Responsibilities

• Systemically setup and maintain the pricing and data catalogue of the New Holland CE product portfolio
• Ensure accurate invoicing and wholesale product delivery chain to the dealer network
• Establish and maintain competitive pricing analysis of the market to deliver pricing recommendations for the product portfolio
• Recommend retail incentives relevant to the market and aligned with brand financial and market share goals. Includes strong understanding of finance, lease, and other incentive models
• Build and manage wholesale and retail incentives for the commercial business periodically as required of the business
• Maintain accurate budgeting accountability to Financial Controllership to ensure strong financial governance of price and program actions
• Consult proactively and regularly with brand constituents to validate information accuracy and distribution breadth
• Coordinate across CNH brands to ensure maximized impact of wholesale and retail program actions
• Manage dealer program and discount claims and processes for the brand
  
  
  

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, will consider those with an Associates Degree plus three additional years of experience
• 3 or more years of experience working within construction, agriculture equipment industry or industrial-affiliated industry.

This position has a salary range of $81,750 to $119,9000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)
