Community Outreach Liaison
Compensation: $40,000 per year or more based on experience, plus lucrative commission pay! Potential to earn $1,000 or more a month in commission!
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Location: Las Vegas, NV
-Majority of time will be spent in the field, minimal time required in office
For Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC (“CNS”), this position is responsible for networking and marketing of Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. services and coordination of operations between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and community organizations. Additionally, this role is responsible for working with patients, families, physicians and other health personnel to assist in the growth of our company and acquire referrals from the health care community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
- Develops, plans, and coordinates public events regarding claims process.
- Meets with claimants in home and at events to review claims and recommend action plans.
- Implements strategies to build relationships with local medical providers and educating them on CNS and the DOL program.
- Orchestrates, directs and carries out growth through marketing, advertising, events, and direct contact with individual clients, the DOL, and community professionals.
- Assists in the coordination of services for patients discharged from hospitals and other referral sources into the home health program after patient/referral source has identified Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. as the home care provider.
- Obtains authorization for home health services from primary physicians.
- Works closely with agency personnel to identify community services.
- Attends meetings, participating in both external and internal committees and organizations.
- Represents the company at all times in a professional, ethical and loyal manner.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Establish relationships and education regarding Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. services to the following groups: Physicians/medical office managers, energy retiree and union groups, durable medical equipment companies, hospital case management and discharge planning departments, attorneys, area EEOICPA resource centers and district offices.
- Assists potential EEOICPA claimants through the OWCP claims process. Serves as a resource to the Case Managers and State Administrators.
- Maintains contact with professionals of various health service agencies to determine patient eligibility services.
- Maintain and build partnerships and coalitions with advocates in the EEOICPA arena. Ensure established operational and marketing budget parameters are met.
- Submits Agency required reports per established timelines.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree- Preferred
- Healthcare experience - Preferred
- 3 (Three) or more years of sales, or community outreach experience- Required
- Travel Requirement: Must have the ability to travel in market up to 50% of the time.
