What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at CNSCommerce?
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Provides technical support and answer warranty questions on faulty/defective units
Assists customer's looking for product suggestions
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Assist team with product listing
Qualifications:
1-3 Years experience with Customer Service and/or eCommerce
1-3 years experience with Consumer Electronics (Specifically Car Audio)
Familiarity with multiple eCommerce platforms and Marketplaces. (Amazon , eBay, Walmart, Sears ect.)
Must be able to effectively communicate (phone, email, in person, etc.) with management, and consumers
Excellent Computer & Technology Skills with a focus on Windows Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc)
Effective decision-making skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge in Sellercloud is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newburgh, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
