The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. ```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with office management duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Skills```
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong file management skills to maintain organized records
- Experience in project coordination to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Accurate and efficient order entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to provide personal assistant support to executives when necessary
- Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues
