General Statement
A CoachComm Customer Service Representative’s daily goal should be to meet and exceed their customer’s needs and expectations. Who is our customer? A good Customer Service Representative will identify their customer as either internal or external. An internal customer is anyone who a Customer Service Representative has to work with during a given day, thinking first of their expectations to complete the job task. External customers are individuals or organizations who purchase our products and services. If we meet and exceed our internal customer’s needs and expectations, then our external customer’s needs and expectations will be met as well.

- The ability to handle difficult calls from customers in a professional manner

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answering Inbound calls from Customers
- Responding to emails and taking action as needed for customers
- Entering purchase orders
- Filing completed service orders
- Troubleshooting basic setup issues with customers
- Calling on past-due customers, which would include advance replacements, loaners, etc.
- Updating customer records in Southwark and Logix as needed
- Generating extended warranty quotes in Logix
- Issuing RMAs and Shipping labels to the customer for service repairs
- Managing critical customer calls with Service and Support
- Working Weekend after-hours shifts during busy season
- Any other task that will ensure that our customer’s needs and expectations are met.
