Senior Solutions Architect APAC

About the Job

The purpose of this role is to understand the needs of clients and best support them in mapping those needs on our abilities whilst maintaining our streamlined processes and developing sustainable solutions.

In this client facing role you will play a key part in the global growth of CoachHub and working with our biggest, mostly global clients and ensure their requirements are met.

You will be an integral part in a network of experts to ramp up customization projects and role out Coaching Programmes.
As part of our Client Solutions team you will be directly collaborating with our customers to assess their customization needs and requirements and translate them back to our Engineers. You also act as the strategic technical point of contact between our customers and our Sales team. You will also work closely with the product team to ensure the clients needs and requests are part of the product roadmap.
Tasks:

• You participate in Sales pitches and will be the main point of contact for our customers when it comes to customizations 
• You work with various stakeholders and translate business needs into a product roadmap and feature requirements.
• Together with an Agile Development team you prioritize feature to ensure deliverability 
• You support sales enablement, e.g. by assisting in creating customer and sales facing collateral
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve
• Work alongside Solutions Engineers to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
• Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
• Work with a highly International and diverse team

About you

• You will have prior experience as Solution Architect or (Technical) Product Manager in a Software company or agency environment for a number of years 
• You are a great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You will have experience working with various stakeholders and translating business needs into a product roadmap and feature requirements.
• You have strong project management skills in working directly with an agile engineering team
• You have experience working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.
• You have experience in full stack development and software architecture patterns, able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each other.
• You enjoy working in a deeply cross-functional, collaborative environment.
• You speak English at a native level.
