- Interact with clients and support troubleshooting and assistance issues related to ThreadFix via Jira tickets, email or phone support using knowledge of Complex Software Troubleshooting; Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) with Waterfall Methodology; Service Desk; Web Services; and SQL Databases.
- Track and respond to tickets submitted and maintain response and quality rates in support of our Service Level Agreements with clients.
- Remotely troubleshoot software and internet browser issues via phone, email, or through support tickets.
- Utilize web application knowledge to troubleshoot reported issues.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to achieve resolution to customer issues that cannot be resolved within support team.
- Understand and analyze systems to work with quality assurance and development teams to isolate and duplicate root causes of customer issues to define a fix for the development team.
- Act as liaison between operations, sales, and development teams to translate customer needs into technical terms and verify intended functionality for feature and product enhancement requests.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, SW Engineer, or SW Specialist.
- Experience must include at least 2 years of working knowledge of Complex Software Troubleshooting; Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) with Waterfall Methodology; Service Desk; Web Services; and SQL Databases.
- Position may telecommute full-time from home.
