HOURS AND SCHEDULE CAN BE SLIGHTLY FLEXIBLE
A wife and husband are searching an organized and friendly receptionist for their small businesses (including Coastal Child Care)! This position will be held in person in Moyock, NC for the most part, but can have flexibility to be VIRTUAL occasionally.
These are not set hours, and could vary more or less depending on the the candidates schedule. The weekly hours will be around 20-40 hours a week starting AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Most hours would be Monday- Friday (SCHEDULE: Monday, Thursday, Friday 9AM-3PM; Tuesday Wednesday 7:30AM-3PM). Clients sometimes wish to speak after their work hours, so evenings may occasionally be needed. Some weekends would may be needed virtually (on call to answer phone calls) or in person occasionally.
Client services side of this job, would be ensure all clients are happy. This will include handling our occasional care job calendar and placing nanny's with families. Nanny placement coordinator tasks would be facilitating family interviews, reviewing family requests, and collaborating with other team members to find the right nanny for each family.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a confident/friendly interview presence are required. Past childcare/casual babysitting/motherhood/etc. experience along with any administrative or client service experience is strongly PREFERRED for this position, but not required!
