Responsibilities : Support and execute strategic customer service initiatives and promotional activities. Monitor weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
Participate in training programs and apply acquired skills to deliver exceptional results. Communicate professionally with peers, clients, and management.
Plan and coordinate events to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness. Additional Responsibilities : Employee duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks.
Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor. All employees are expected to contribute to the company’s goals of continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
