Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Smyrna, TN
Shift: 2nd, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Hourly: $23.91-$36.20 (Depending on experience and certifications)
Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with benefits. 2nd & 3rd shifts available.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain records
· Proper use and care of PPE
· Experience with 5S process
· Record data onto forms provided
· Must be able to operate a forklift and other support equipment
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
· Perform inspections of equipment
· Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
· Other duties as required
Special Skills/Experience Required:
• Electrical (24V-480V, AC, Single and 3 phase power, DC Voltage, control systems, motor controls)
· PLC programming (creating, editing, troubleshooting)
· Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems on a wide variety of equipment
· Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings
Qualifications:
· Experience with 5S process
· Record data onto forms provided
· Must have excellent communications skills and be able to work well with others
· Must be able to work the 2nd or 3rd shift
· 18-month certification (tech school) or Degree (2 yr or 4 yr) in Mechatronics/Multi-Skilled Maintenance OR
· Three or more years of experience in an applicable field of work
Salary : $23 - $36
