Coastal Home Rehab is looking for highly autonomous, caring and self motivated Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to perform home visits throughout specific areas of the county.
Started in 2011, our practice is therapist owned and operated with an understanding of the needs of flexibility in today's environment. We utilize efficient documentation and electronic medical / payroll practices which allows high quality treatment without impacting personal time.

Coastal Home Rehabilitation is a physical, occupational and speech therapy provider whose principal idea focuses on providing services to a patient in their own home or facility based living environment. Our specialization is with the geriatric community whose needs emphasize an increase in function and prevention of further injury. We feel our services and therapy provide the highest level of ethics and experience as we are therapist owned and operated. As you are aware the role of physical occupational and speech therapy is extremely important in restoring and promoting functional independence. Our role also provides for caregiver education, addressing of safety issues and fall prevention. Care is rendered solely in the patient’s home or their assisted living residence, which increases compliance and most importantly their outcomes.
