Coastal Marketing Advisors is expanding our sales team in Pompano Beach! We are looking for the best health insurance closers that Broward County has to offer. If you are a driven and motivated sales agent, we want you.
We are looking for closers that:
- Have at least 1 year of call center closer experience
- Have a great attitude and work ethic
- Are coachable
- Are hungry to sell
- Have a 215 or 240 license.
Our agents make an average of $1000-$4000 a week depending on performance. If you're a top closer, you'll be making more than that.
Training generally takes 2 weeks. During that time, you'll have all your questions answered by our seasoned agents and managers.
Our hours are 1030am-6pm.
Commissions are 35% of core policy premiums and 65% of add-ons. Top closers can make over $4k a week.
