Coastal Medical Transportation Systems provides best-in-class client care with 24/7 emergency and non-emergency transportation services for healthcare institutions and patients across New England. We have just over 800 team members across 3 different divisions. The Facilities Manager position is a full-time, on-site only position in Quincy.
As a Facilities Manager, you will:
Oversee and perform the general maintenance, repairs and efficient operation of all equipment used in the facilities
Monitor the cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas.
Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed.
Preparefacilities for changing weather conditions.
Work closely with leadership to align on facilities needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to drive between CMTS locations as needed.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail is required for this position.
Must be able to multitask.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to walk a distance of mile without difficulty.
Ability to walk up and down stairs without difficulty.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 125 pounds
Ability to bend / stoop, crouch / kneel, reach, push / pull, and grasp in a variety of circumstances and positions
