Vacation Rental Property Manager
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee the operation of two vacation rental properties in Dunedin and Clearwater Beach, comprising a total of 32 listings (apartments). Ensure exceptional guest experiences and property maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate property repairs and maintenance through contractors and vendors.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Cleaning Crew Coordination: Schedule property cleaning with cleaning crews.
- Financial Management: Manage company payments, including bills and financial transactions.
- Emergency Availability: Be available to answer the phone for property-related emergencies outside of regular work hours.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong customer service, property maintenance and proficiency in office software applications.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using management apps for efficient property management.
- Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, ability to work independently.
- License: Valid driver's license may be required.
