About Us:

Coastline Homes of Maine is part of the Schiavi Group which is based out of Western Maine. We are a full General Contractor specializing in Modular construction. Our primary business is residential construction in Modular and HUD homes throughout Eastern and North Central Maine.

Compensation package is pay-for-performance, with base hourly wage and profit share of completed projects.

About the Role:

The Project Planner / Sales Consultant will be responsible for defining details for Residential Construction Contracts for Singlewide, Doublewide and Modular Home projects. Contracts are developed by working with individual clients to:

• Develop plans.
• Define scope of work.
• Present costing.
• Communicate timelines.
• Communicate payment expectations.

The Project Planner / Sales Consultant will work with the construction team and sub-contractors, initiating and tabulating quotes for each project. Project Planner will also assist the sales team to elevate prospects to client status as needed.

The Project Planner / Sales Consultant will work closely with Company Management Team to:

• Track planning process of each project.
• Collaborate in the ongoing development of our sales and planning process.
• Collaborate on and implement strategic plans to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the company.

Schedule:

Four weekdays 8-5

Saturday 9-3

About You:

To succeed, candidate must have:

• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong sales background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.

It will also be beneficial if candidate has:

• Experience in construction.
• Post high school education.
