Acquisitions & Asset Manager - Multifamily
$100,000 - $130,000 Base Bonus Benefits

Our client is a privately held owner/operator of value add Multifamily property in the US. With a stablized portfolio and strong access to capital they are looking for an individual to oversee their current portfolio and its expansion.
You will:
- oversee a portfolio of >40 properties and provide reporting, financial analysis, investor relations and refinancing options.
- assist in the sourcing, underwriting and acquisitions of new properties throughout the US.
- manage all OPEX, CAPEX and associated budgets on a portfolio/property level.
To be considered we're looking for:
- a Degree educated, Real Estate Analyst or Asset Manager with the desire to oversee a larger portfolio.
- first class communication, analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge of YARDI and ARGUS would be a distinct advantage.
- exposure to acquisitions of value-add Multifamily property in primary and secondary markets.
- at least 1-3 years experience in a recognized Multifamily owner/operator.
- a home location close to the HQ in Westchester yet the ability to WFH and travel throughout the US portfolio as needed.
Compensation
$95-$130,000 Base Bonus Benefits
