We have been retained by them to find a Senior Director/General Manager to take responsibility for revenue, cost management, profitability, people leadership, business strategy and service delivery of their East Coast services.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in high volume and high velocity talent operations (recruitment), ideally in Staffing or Education. You will be an experienced leader who can inspire, develop and grow high performing teams with a relentless focus on execution, quality, and engagement?

Location: You will need to be based in or around New York, be happy to work remotely and prepared to travel frequently into NYC.
Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000 basic plus bonuses (up to c$30,000) and a great benefits package.
