**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs. - Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. **Skills:** - Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment. - Ability to supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff. - Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Welding and fabrication skills to create or repair metal structures. - Familiarity with reading schematics to understand equipment layouts. - Ability to perform general maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
