Requirements
As the Facilities Service Technician II:
As the Facilities Service Technician II, you will provide maintenance support and perform general repairs for retail and retail support facilities. This individual is responsible for performing rough and finish carpentry services, completing equipment repairs, repairing flooring, performing plumbing repairs, limited electrical repairs and performing other minor repairs.
Additionally, You Will:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry services, including framing, installing wall covering, hanging shelving, and installing cabinetry, doors and trim, and other finishing fixtures.
- Perform equipment repairs within retail and retail support facilities as needed, including repairs of slicers, bailers, fryers, ovens, and other miscellaneous equipment repairs.
- Perform limited electrical repairs, including changing lamps and ballasts and installing light sockets.
- Perform plumbing repairs, including misting systems and RO water systems.
- Repair floors for vinyl composite tile (VCT), ceramic and carpet covered flooring. Install vinyl base as necessary.
- Perform minor roof, parking lot and sidewalk repairs.
- Perform light welding of carts or other equipment as necessary.
- Paint parts and other general painting.
- Assist with furniture and equipment relocations.
- Perform other duties within the Maintenance Department and other areas as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
