Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to occasionally stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. A consistent presence at work is required. Must pass company required drug screen and physical. This position may require a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to the bank and other locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management: Cash is properly handled, accounted for, and safeguarded within the guidelines of the Coburn’s Cash Policy & Procedures.
Customer Service: Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service is maintained by working with customers on managing their accounts and de-escalating customer service issues.
Collections/Accounting: Payments are timely and accurately applied to proper accounts and past due accounts are identified monthly and actively pursued for payment.
Office Administration: Support the Manager by assisting with daily tasks and duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
