Job Description
The Production Multicraft I is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of products by troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures. Perform preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and train team members on technical processes.
What your day will look like:
- Provide technical expertise for equipment operations and maintenance
- Ensure production and support equipment is functioning properly
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
- Make mechanical repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical devices
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various types of instrumentation components
- Proficiently operate all equipment
- Have a complete working knowledge of all team processes and procedures

Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with International Standards Organization (ISO) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
- Working knowledge of various instrumentation and electrical devices required
- Knowledge of various mechanical processes is necessary (hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.)
- Effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with all functional team members
- Frequent standing, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation, exposure to water and lifting up to 50lbs
- Repeated walking, grasping and exposure to noise
