This position is created to facility the transition of the Director, International Treasury Services. Successful candidate will directly manage the International Treasury Services (ITS) Team (4 FTEs). Position provides strategic insights and solutions to proactively manage and repatriate cash and capital to Corporate in a manner that addresses the many complex considerations of a global organization – i.e. considerations around local currency yields, remittable currency, FX risk, sovereign risk (capital control risk), counterparty risks, and broader liquidity needs of The Coca-Cola Company
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Lead a team of 4 people across ITS with a focus on developing functional, growth, and leadership skills. Lead and manage the Team in strategic and operational direction.
- Directly responsible for the oversight and management of cash in excess of $10 billion.
- Provide strategic insights and solutions to proactively manage and repatriate cash and capital to Corporate in a manner that addresses the many complex considerations of a global organization – i.e. considerations around local currency yields, remitability, FX risk, sovereign risk (capital control risk), counterparty risks, and broader liquidity needs of TCCC.
- Responsible for the Field Interest Income/Expense Rolling Estimate process and accuracy.
- On a daily basis provides the following:
- Subject matter expertise for a wide range of global issues requiring actionable thought leadership.
- Thought Leadership to remove business impediments within Treasury and across the broader global organization, including banking issues and local business issues.
- Support of the International Treasury Services Team by eliminating obstacles to success.
- Subject Matter Expert on Delegation of Authority for Treasury Matters, capital structure, risk mitigation, creative solutions to resolve unique problems encountered around the world.
- Effective Management of global field cash – ensuring optimization via use of remittances, Inter Company Lending, and investment strategies.
- Critical partner for Treasury Debt Capital Markets team to ensure both near-term and longer-term debt management objectives are achieved.
- Cash Flow Forecasting - Critical user of information and active thought leader on Cash Flow related process improvement.
- Ad hoc responsibilities such as – equity interest share sales, global lease impairment discount rates (own process and approach), Advisor to Operating Units and M&A on Joint Ventures matters, such as capital structure, banking strategy, etc.
- Daily pro-active management of global banking partners to ensure proper support of the Company on the daily cash and capital issues and opportunities that arise.
- Key resource to Operating Units (field leadership and their teams), Accounting Research (WACC, Global Lease Rates, Provisioning, Payment plans, etc), Field Treasury Teams, Compliance and Government Affairs
- This role is global in nature and requires the ability to take learnings from one issue in some part of the world and apply elements to new issues in other parts of the world. Proactiveness and thinking ‘outside the box” will be key determinants of success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
7 years experience dealing with international treasury related issues of varied complexity.
2 years experience with people management
Experience working within a global networked organization.
Experience dealing with global, regional, and local banks in different countries (exposure to varied banking regimes) and working on unique solutions to address particular issues.
Bachelor's degree Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Master's degree preferred

- Communication with appropriate executive and senior leaders to gain approval of unique solutions to problems impacting the Company’s P&L.
