Location(s): United States of America City/Cities: Atlanta Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: March 30, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: A successful Commercial Finance Sr Manger will be part of a dynamic, flexible Finance team focused on the highest priority initiatives within NAOU Commercial and Operations, and is one who can efficiently drive growth, improve profitability, explore innovation, improve efficiency, and provide ad hoc analysis/financial insights. The role will largely support the NAOU Commercial organization with a client focus and will provide finance leadership on key project and initiatives, leveraging SME skillsets from across Finance. As part of the Commercial Finance Team, this individual will operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to NAOU Operations. Focus, Scope, & Impact: Provide routine and ad hoc support with priority focus on key areas of Commercial (e.g., Digital, Cold Drink Equipment, Local Marketing Partnership, Route to Market, RGM / Trade Investments) Build value-based relationships with Brand, Customer, Commercial, RGM, Franchise, Supply Chain and other key areas to drive key analysis across performance drivers and assessment of marketplace investments (e.g., Trade / DFR). Develop, review, improve, approve and present completed analyses that requires expert knowledge of financial models and application of strategic and operational measures to assess economic and commercial viability of proposed investments and initiatives KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS Knowledge & Experience >7 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles Extensive leadership and management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels Extensive System (NAOU and Bottler) knowledge of financial plan development, key performance indicators, drivers of performance and analytical approaches for management and stewardship of results Work Focus Develop breakthrough financial solutions and strategies. Influence internal and external leaders toward results oriented actions Support and Collaboration across the OU in support of transformational results Communication Focus This role is responsible for partnering within NAOU Commercial and across the System, providing Finance leadership across key Commercial initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, financial analysis, planning and budget management, and effective communication and stewardship of these elements to business partners and leadership.
