Cocheco Elder Law Associates, PLLC is looking for a versatile and experienced elder law Paralegal to enhance our team! The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of elder law, be organized, deadline-oriented, and be dedicated to keeping the files progressing to completion. This role works independently and collaborates with lawyers and client services, including preparing probate filings, estates and trust administration, and drafting estate planning documents. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients and attending to their needs and concerns, guiding clients step-by-step through the process, maintaining client files, performing research, managing deadlines, electronic filings, and other tasks as assigned.
This is a full-time, in-office position for our Dover, New Hampshire office.
