CoCo Farms in Antioch is looking for an analytical, skilled Manager to join our Inventory Integrity team. While utilizing cross-team collaboration, this role will work closely with our Finance and Distribution teams to ensure all inventory and payments are reflected accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the completion of inventory workload and delegates accordingly
- Monitors various system inventory reports for inventory discrepancies or process issues related to inventory
- Create plans of action when necessary to solve immediate issues
- Collect transactional data for inventory accuracy analysis
- Consistently communicates issues affecting inventory while developing plans to overcome challenges and/or sustain accuracy
- Identifies inventory control gaps and provides recommendations for improvements
- Implements changes for improvements while being strategic
- Develop fundamental analysis regarding financial inventory adjustments and sets strategic goals for improvements
- Perform fundamental quantitative analysis to drive inventory accuracy improvement
- Development of inventory accuracy-related reports and presentations
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy
- Manages all vendor payments including invoices and reconciliation
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of inventory-related experience
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Proficient skill and demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Applications
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting or relevant experience
Other Misc. Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- The selected candidate will be required to complete a post-offer, pre-employment background check.
- Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled with reliable transportation
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location assignments
