What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Food and Beverage position at CoCo Key Orlando Water Resort?
- Create and maintain staff operation schedules
- Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
- Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
- Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of full service, high quality resort, or hotel experience in food & beverage, supervisory, service techniques, guest interaction, and vendor relations.
- Excellent communication skills are required, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the service teams.
