The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Heavy Contract Management – with financial terms
- Inventory on hand
- Cash Management – AR/AP
- Work in Capital – cash flow is a heavy must – a lot of cash is used in inventory so this need strong attention too and forward analysis/forecasting
- Build out Facilities P&L – to separately report ( 2 locations)
- Payroll
- Full Cycle Accounting, Month-End – all quickbooks
- **needs a thinker and forward/driving professional – to build out policies, kpi’s, and company is going to grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 10-15 years of related experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
Salary : $180,000 - $215,000
