Hours are Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 1130am to 8pm, Wednesday 630am to 3pm, Thursday 1130am to 8pm, and Friday 530am to 2pm

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform general office functions, such as, greeting patients, filing, answering telephones, paperwork, typing
· Record patient admissions, discharges and transfer in compliance with DSA and CODAC guidelines; and establish and maintain computerized patient record and schedule patient appointments
· Verify patient insurance coverage as needed
· Responsible for verification and eligibility of insurance coverage
· Responsible for collection of patient fees
· Assume duties of the Office Manager in her/his absence
· Obtain and maintain proficiency in Motivational Interviewing
· Participate in Performance Improvement activities
· Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma and at least two years of related work experiences.
