Sr Scrum Master
Requirements:
- Work with business to create roadmap based on the client vision.
- Ability to collaborate with client and users and convert their needs to product requirements.
- Manage the backlogs and prioritize the stories based on the requirements. Groom the user stories.
- Experience in supervising the product development in design and development phases.
- Experience in collaborating with scrum teams and business to ensure the delivery.
- Proficiency in agile/scrum process.
- Ability to guide the teams with effective participation in scrum meetings and product sprints.
Must Have Skills:
- eCommerce domain
- Scrum
- Microservices
Certifications Needed: No
