Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Health & Medical’s (H&M) Global Business Support Manager to define, design, and develop reporting/analytical needs and reports to support the H&M strategy, business plan, and priorities.
- Display proficient Business Analyst skills and experience in requirements gathering, system documentation, etc.
- Design, develop, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions.
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Prioritize efforts that address concurrent demands from projects, schedules, prioritized business initiatives, and activities.
- Develop mechanisms and metrics to track stakeholder satisfaction and drive projects to improve satisfaction scores continuously.
- Provide timely reporting on project deliverables to Project Managers, including the identification of risks, mitigations, issues impacting the project schedule, and changes in deliverable scope.
- Conduct data analysis, visualization, and develop analytical tools to evaluate internal and external trends and support H&M program recommendations.
- Develop, present, and monitor analytical business cases and project plans.
- Maintain a good understanding of customer support requirements, business priorities, and processes to offer continual support and future enhancements.
- Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions not currently performed in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain familiarity with H&M Global Medical Database system application software and other H&M applications.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with health data or metrics supporting business strategic focus areas, data integration, and analytics, including proven experience in delivering advanced analytic solutions and capabilities and working with a wide range of data tools (e.g., SQL, Access/Excel, JQuery, HTML).
- Demonstrated depth in analytics and analytics storytelling (e.g., statistics, data analysis, data wrangling) with the ability to present data in various formats (pictorial, graphic, verbal) to communicate meaningful insights and recommendations effectively.
- Technical competency in reporting technologies such as PowerBI or other reporting technologies.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate information into reporting specifications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including chart development and formula development for statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in SharePoint sites – design, development, and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
