The Role CodeSignal is seeking a Business System Administrator to focus on the configuration, strategy, and administration of CodeSignal's GTM Tech Stack! In this role, you will have the opportunity to first build and then manage the Go-To-Market Tech Ecosystem of our organization. We'd love to see you apply if you have experience with Salesforce, sfdc tool integration, and a solid understanding how these different SaaS tools work together. Day-to-Day

  • Manage the configuration, strategy, and administration of the GTM Tech Stack
  • Work with stakeholders to create and execute on a unified roadmap that looks at all the tools as a single ecosystem
  • Constantly review tool updates to make sure we are using the latest features of these growing platforms
  • Manage onboarding process so that all users are setup and trained on the tools they need for the job
  • Conduct regular security reviews to make sure that tools and access are compliant to our security standards
  • Work with enablement to create and administer tool trainings

Qualifications 

  • Salesforce administration & configuration experience
  • Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Project management & aggressive prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, limited resources and tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, delegation and organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Marketo Administration
  • Experience with tech stack tools like SalesLoft, Groove, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Vendor management experience
