Human Resource Administrator (Contract)

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day employee experience. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for onboarding/off-boarding employees, conducting background screenings, generating offer letters, maintaining and updating primary HRIS system, invoice processing, and assisting the Human Resources Business Partner on day-to-day activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES

This is not exhaustive: you may be required to carry out additional responsibilities as requested by HR Director.


Reporting:

    • Ensure correct data entry in the HR reporting system.
    • Prepare key statistical reports and other periodic reports for management (recruitment, movement of employees, strategic goal accomplishment).

Administration:

    • Control and/or manage the payroll process.
    • Ensure the maintenance of all necessary personnel procedures and information systems for effective workflow resource planning.

Communication:

    • Share relevant information on HR projects and respond to queries from Coface employees and managers.
    • Communicate with employees on HR projects and company policies.

Qualifications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 years proven working experience in human resources preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedure.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Paycom and/or ADP a plus).
