Role: Move Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Mode of Hire: Full Time
Experience Required: 7 years
Key Skills: Project management, Vendor management, move coordination.
This Role will be working with the Client directly to coordinate major pieces of a significant office move project.
Skills Required:
· Project management
· Executive level status reporting.
· Coordination of timing/efforts and resources to complete moves within timelines.
· Documentation of problems and their solutions as they are uncovered.
· Service Now Utilization.
· Project lead for EUC providing representation in appropriate meetings and conversations.
· Provide thought leadership/innovation to the process.
· Provide a framework to ensure Customer experience is top of mind when moving.
· Interface with the Client and key stakeholders to keep informed of progress.
· Experience in Vendor management.
· Order validation, execution, shipping and receiving.
· Inventorying of abandoned equipment and the coordination of the disposal, cleaning and/or reuse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
