Job Description:-

• As an analyst, you will be the liaison between Operations, Solutions, Product and Development teams, working closely identify, develop, and implement product and technology based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk.
• You’ll be documenting our business and functional product requirements.
• You will be responsible for understanding business and technical product architecture. Additionally, translating requirements into documented technical specifications and managing the overall custom reporting and file extract projects.
• Additionally, you will be asked to educate the operations teams on our products/solutions. You will be expected to maintain a general understanding of our various businesses, client businesses generally.
• You will document UAT/acceptance test cases and Perform UAT/acceptance testing.

Skills Required:-

• BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a BA role is required
• Intermediate skills in Agile. Candidate must be familiar with Agile ceremonies (story refinement, grooming, etc.)
• The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
• Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred
