This is an onsite hybrid model role, that means at least 3 days onsite a week, Team does hybrid Thursday/Friday but flexible o the remote days, not flexible must be onsite 3 days a week
Need a project manager that can help with 4 projects that are part of the Enterprise Data Transfer Tool Assessment Program.

The Enterprise Data Transfer Tool Assessment Program is a remediation effort that involves working closely with ISRM and Executive Leadership to deliver key security controls for our Enterprise Managed File Transfer Toolsets. The goal of the project is to ensure that our data transfer tools are secure and meet all necessary compliance requirements. The program involves assessing the current state of our data transfer tools, identifying any security gaps, and implementing remediation efforts to address those gaps. As part of this program, we are working closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all necessary controls are implemented and that the program is completed successfully.

1. Project management: Must possess strong project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

2. Communication: Must have strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and other project stakeholders. This includes the ability to clearly articulate project goals, timelines, and progress updates.

3. Technical expertise: Must have a good understanding of the technologies and systems involved in the project. This includes knowledge of programming languages, databases, software development methodologies, and other technical aspects of the project.

4. Risk management: Must be able to identify and manage risks associated with the project. This includes developing risk management plans, anticipating potential problems, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.

5. Team management: Must possess excellent team management skills to effectively manage and motivate their team. This includes setting a clear direction, delegating tasks, and providing feedback and guidance to team members.

 Must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of MFT projects, including file transfer protocols, encryption, authentication, data compression, and file processing.

 Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

 Must have Agile experience (Kanban, Scrum)

 Must have Advanced knowledge of MS Project being able to put together a proper schedule

 Must be able to manage 3 projects or more effectively. No more than 5.

 Preferred to have experience with working with Clarity PPM

 must have strong analytical skills to be able to gather and interpret complex data, identify patterns and trends, and make informed recommendations based on their analysis

 must have a good understanding of the business processes and objectives of the organization. This includes knowledge of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape, as well as an understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

 Can work independently and with a Team
