What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials Scheduler position at Cogent?
Responsible for the long range material planning and scheduling of products through the production schedules.
Requires coordination with purchasing, production, and engineering.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures including production planning, capacity modeling, and material control.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Experience in ERP planning systems required, SAP preferred.
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and Excel preferred.
Requires a high school diploma with at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Contract length: 6 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
