We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to focus on new business to business (B2B) account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, closing deals, and meeting sales goals. The company provides a thorough sales training program, including product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals and cross selling
- Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of company programs, protocols, pricing policies and service offerings
- Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, and driving new business
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- 2 years new business to business (B2B) outside sales experience preferred
- "Hunter" sales mentality- goal driven and self-motivated
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM and pipeline development
- Experience selling into multiple market segments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated sales originator exhibiting disciplined execution of the sales process
- Establish and manage prospects through disciplined pipeline management
- Develop and present complete proposals to decision makers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
